Join us for individual and/or group training sessions, which help players improve faster due to the focus on details, and the repetition in competitive environments. Each session has a unique focus and will be using advanced training techniques developed over several years.
Each participant will be challenged in a way that only Northstar can provide!
Our training packages are flexible to accommodate our athletes:
1. An “all access” monthly subscription entitles the participant to all features of the program including:
personalized development program
The first session can be booked as a “trial” for a one-time fee, however, this trial does not entitle the participant to any additional features of the program until the all-access registration is completed.
2. A part-time monthly subscription entitles the participant to one workout per week at a reduced rate.
3. Drop-in sessions are available upon request
